About Us
Safe Spot is a counselling service supporting children and teens aged 8 and up. Our aim is to create a space where you feel safe, supported and empowered.
Our Approach

Our approach is client-lead, meaning that we aim to create a space that is warm, empathetic and non-judgmental. We are inclusive and neurodiversity affirming, and we use a variety of approaches depending on your needs, including solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, psychoeducation, expressive arts and narrative therapy. We believe that therapy should be a shared journey, and we will work with you to ensure that the way we 'do' counselling works for you.
